All POA meetings are held at the community center/meeting hall. Per POA bylaws 5.11(a) All meetings of the board of Directors shall be open to lot owners. However, no owner shall have a right to participate in the Board of Directors meeting unless the owner is also a member of the board. The president shall have the right to exclude an owner who disrupts the proceedings at a board meeting.
The Pool Opened at 9:00 am July 3rd.
Please shut the gate gently when you go through it. Something is jamming inside the lock when it is slammed shut and that is why some fobs are not working. We will have the lock worked on as soon as possible. Help is needed with cleaning the bathrooms. If you are willing to volunteer, please email the board.
July Statements - Were mailed out on July 5th to those people that still have a balance due. If your key fob does not work, there is probably a balance due on your account. Please check your statement.

Regular POA Meetings - Regular POA meetings are held at 6:00 pm the second Wednesday of every month at the meeting hall.
